Project Coordinator
Position Objective
Responsible for managing all the steps required to launch new products successfully and on-time. Position requires complete knowledge and understanding in areas ranging from product development to manufacturing.
Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position
- Must be efficient with entire Microsoft suite: (ex. MS Project, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Organizing and showing the individual pieces making up a project
- Showing the timing of tasks: both the time required to complete tasks and the time tasks start and stop
- Identifying and allocating the resources needed to complete a project
- Comparing the planned outcome with the actual outcome. Comparisons are usually made in the areas of: time spent, resources required and costs
- Coordinate and organize communication between departments through daily/weekly meetings
- Creating, collecting and distributing information to the responsible resource or departmen
Education and Experience
- MBA or 4 year degree with background in Business. Strong leader with excellent written and oral communication skills. Extremely detailed and organized with strong presentation and computer skills

Director Services Associate
Summary of Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to clients, consultants and directors. Ability to manage and escalate difficult customer situations and to deliver customer service level commitments for response times, product knowledge and problem resolution or escalation. Search for ways to improve customer satisfaction and communicate suggestions to supervisor.
Essential Functions
- Perform client, consultant and director order entry ensuring orders and agreements are entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle service issues for clients, consultants, and directors, review status of outstanding issues and requests to ensure that service levels are met
- Report on a daily basis the nature, frequency and urgency of client, consultant and director issues and participate in debriefing sessions
- Handle customer correspondence in a timely manner and assist customers with Internet inquiries
- Ensure consistency by staying well versed in career plan, procedures, products and current incentives
- Participate in the continuous improvement and definition of customer service processes and procedures
- Assure that a positive image is projected in all dealings with internal and external customers
- Ability to speak, read and write in a second language (bilingual positions only)
- Cross train in other areas within the CCC
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience
- Minimum one year sales/customer service experience in call center environment
- Experience in the direct selling industry a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership and customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated and focused with a strong positive and confident attitude
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
- Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of contact
- Must be able to work within a team environment
- Must be computer literate – experience using MS Office applications
- Must be able to type at least 35 wpm
- Must be able to work overtime as required

Executive Assistant - Marketing/Creative Services
Specific Accountabilities:
Executive Assistant
- Maintain daily meeting schedule and monthly calendar.
- Maintain departmental budget variance reporting.
- Process weekly/monthly expense reports and invoices.
- Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and maintain monthly attendance and annual vacation records for department employees.
- Organize and maintain file system.
- Set-up and maintain field surveys. Provide appropriate department with survey results.
- Maintain IS web stats. Provide appropriate departments with results.
- Product ordering and support for photo shoots as needed.
- Provide administrative support to direct reports.
Creative Services – Packaging
- Work directly with Product Managers to convey packaging needs to art department on existing and new products.
- Work directly with art department to insure packaging is correct and received by deadline.
- Route packaging proofs to appropriate departments. Insure routings are returned by deadline and approved.
- Attend weekly product launch meeting to communicate status of all product packaging artwork to internal departments.
Special Skills:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools – Excel and PowerPoint

- Needs to be flexible, able to deal with changes.
- Able to deal with associates at all levels, including senior management.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with strict deadlines.
